Yoga meditation 4221 want to share these words of wisdom with you.

"...The fact that the atomic soul is within the body of a gigantic animal, in the body of a gigantic banyan tree, and also in the microbic germs, millions and billions of which occupy only an inch of space, is certainly very amazing..."

Katha Upanisad

Consciousness is the symptom of the presence of the soul.

"Know that which pervades the entire body is indestructible. No one is able to destroy the imperishable soul."

This clearly explains the real nature of the soul, which is spread all over the body. Anyone can understand what is spread all over the body: it is consciousness. Everyone is conscious of the pains and pleasures of the body in part or as a whole. This spreading of consciousness is limited within one's own body. The pains and pleasures of one body are unknown to another. Therefore, each and every body is the embodiment of an individual soul, and the symptom of the soul's presence is perceived as individual consciousness. This soul is described as one ten-thousandth part of the upper portion of the hair point in size.

(Song of God) B. Gita As It Is 2:17

"For there is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast, and they have the same eventuality. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit, so that there is no superiority of the man over the beast, for everything is vanity. All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust. Who is there knowing the spirit of the sons of mankind, whether it is ascending upward; and the spirit of the beast, whether it is descending downward to the earth?"

Ecclesiastes 3:19 - 21

Yogameditation 4221 - Holistic yoga meditation - Love what is it and how can we access REAL love

Sometimes we may have a store house of wisdom and brilliant spiritual gems right in front of our noses, but fail to notice. The lack lustre spiritual condition we find ourselves in has a seemingly blinding effect, covering us the spirit spark in a shroud of forgetfulness as we wander somewhat aimlessly through this life.

What do we want, or what are we looking for? If you ask most adults, the majority will say LOVE.
But ... are we looking for it in all the wrong places.

In by gone ages or many countless years ago when different civilisations walked upon the earth if this same question was asked of them undoubtedly the answer would have likely been the same.

Basically all living beings want to give and receive love, regardless of the type of body they are in.

If you would like to find out more about real love and where love is best placed, contact australian holistic yoga meditation networks for class times and details. There is a vast amount of free information available for seekers of the truth. It is readily available but normally only accessed by the lucky few.

Book in for an introduction to meditation class or join in with the other yoga stretch and yoga rest and relaxation classes.

If you would like to look better, move better and feel better come along for a visit.

Holistic yoga meditation 4221 likes this quote.

This reminds me of:

Matthew 7:3 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

It is often the case that we look outward to find fault in others without first examing our own character.

All saintly persons recommend working on ourselves and our own faults, not worrying about the so-called 'faults' of others. We should instead try to be the best person that we can possibly be and use the propensity to judge and find fault on ourselves.

A side benefit of the simple and enjoyable practice of yoga meditation is that the tendency to see and work on ones own faults - leaving fault finding of others aside, happens naturally over time.

If you would like to experience the profound and lasting effects of yoga meditation contact us and come along to a holistic yoga meditation class, or any of our other yoga meditation classes.

All welcome.

Lord Jesus Christ - Australian holistic yoga meditation

The dear son of God, Lord Jesus Christs mission on earth was to help mankind by delivering this, his first commandment “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” (Matt 22:37).

This is the message of all true teachers, all great lovers of God to present day. Bona fide scriptures from around the world encourage the same, so basically there is no difference of opinion. In the details there may be differences due to differences in culture, climate and people, but the basic principles or essence remains the same, "Love God, God is the one you should love."

All saintly persons know this to be the one and only true source of happiness for us - the eternal living being. They are experiencing this happiness and want us to also experience the same. Their goal in life is to give us the means by which we can re-awaken our dormant love for God.

The recommended process for re-awakening our love for God in this age, is a very simple and enjoyable activity which involves group meditation to music. It is heaps of fun, anyone can do it. Friends and family can get together and practice this meditation, doesn't matter, young or old, rich or poor there are no restrictions what so ever.

"From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord's name is to be praised."

-Old Testament, Psalms 113: 3
