Holistic yoga meditation 4221 palm beach qld wants to share another holistic yoga meditation video with you.

Sacred yoga meditations like the ones you see in the video - such as Om hari Om, Gopala, Govinda and the like are intrinsically connected with 'us' the spirit spark presently functioning in the world as 'Mrs Jones' or 'Mr Smith' with 2 or more children, 2 vehicles and at least1 pet.
We are currently in a dream like condition thinking that we are our body, busily spending all of our time trying to find solutions to the problems we encounter each day. We worry about how we will survive. We work hard making money to maintain our body. In this way our precious life, our energy and time pass by in a flash - Little do we know that the body (our material covering) is like a cloud passing over 'us' the spirit spark residing within the body. Just as clouds come and go in the sky, different temporary material bodies also cover the spirit spark, coming and going just like a passing cloud. Without 'us' or without the soul the body would be life less.
These very powerful, transcendental sound vibrations are so potent they awaken us from our dreamlike state - they help us re-connect with our true spiritual identity and unite us in yoga with the Supreme Person. In this way we travel along the path of sacred mantras back to eternal reality. Finally, after many lifetimes the once sleeping soul awakens to find true happines.
Yoga meditation and mantras rock!

Yogameditation 4221 - Holistic yoga meditation - Love what is it and how can we access REAL love

Sometimes we may have a store house of wisdom and brilliant spiritual gems right in front of our noses, but fail to notice. The lack lustre spiritual condition we find ourselves in has a seemingly blinding effect, covering us the spirit spark in a shroud of forgetfulness as we wander somewhat aimlessly through this life.

What do we want, or what are we looking for? If you ask most adults, the majority will say LOVE.
But ... are we looking for it in all the wrong places.

In by gone ages or many countless years ago when different civilisations walked upon the earth if this same question was asked of them undoubtedly the answer would have likely been the same.

Basically all living beings want to give and receive love, regardless of the type of body they are in.

If you would like to find out more about real love and where love is best placed, contact australian holistic yoga meditation networks for class times and details. There is a vast amount of free information available for seekers of the truth. It is readily available but normally only accessed by the lucky few.

Book in for an introduction to meditation class or join in with the other yoga stretch and yoga rest and relaxation classes.

If you would like to look better, move better and feel better come along for a visit.

Holistic yoga meditation 4221 qld likes this quote by Mahatma Gandhi-

There is more than enough food, water, fuel and so on to satisfy the actual needs of everyone on the planet. But there is not enough to satisfy every one's greed.

Even if it were physically possible for a person to consume all the food, water, and fuel in the world, they would still not be happy or satisfied.

Over consumption comes about due to an inner craving, a spiritual emptiness. A person mistakenly believes that they are the physical body, not having had the opportunity to hear from timeless sources to the contrary. Our essence is actually spiritual.

Therefore a person falls under the misunderstanding that accumulating as many 'goodies' as possible, will bring fulfilment. However, the fact is, matter cannot satisfy spiritual craving. Try as we may, we are never satisfied, we never feel that we have enough.

Australian holistic yoga meditation networks invite you to visit our blog regularly to find out more.

This reminds me of:

Matthew 7:3 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

It is often the case that we look outward to find fault in others without first examing our own character.

All saintly persons recommend working on ourselves and our own faults, not worrying about the so-called 'faults' of others. We should instead try to be the best person that we can possibly be and use the propensity to judge and find fault on ourselves.

A side benefit of the simple and enjoyable practice of yoga meditation is that the tendency to see and work on ones own faults - leaving fault finding of others aside, happens naturally over time.

If you would like to experience the profound and lasting effects of yoga meditation contact us and come along to a holistic yoga meditation class, or any of our other yoga meditation classes.

All welcome.

Yogameditation 4221 - Holistic Plant Based Living

There are many reasons to revisit the "Why be a vegetarian" ideology. You may have read some articles on why it is a good reason to switch to a plant based diet even if it's just for one day a week. These reasons include better health, better for the environment, better for spiritual reasons and obviously way better for the animals.

As compassionate human beings, we should ask ourselves this question: If I can stay fit and healthy by eating fruits, legumes, grains and nuts etc,. is it necessary, or does it make sense to kill animals?

In a vegetarian diet, the plant is not killed (when its leaves and fruits are picked.) If it is, the killing of a plant versus an animal can not realistically be compared since plants are not as neurologically developed as animals. Wise men implore us to think long and hard about our eating habits. There's room enough on this planet for all living beings to co-exist peacefully. Choose to be compassionate, see, respect and value all life.

Millions have lived and are happily living today on a vegetarian or vegan diet. For centuries perfect masters have been the fore runners of vegetarianism advocating non violence, 'thou shalt not kill'. It is true that one living entity is food for another. We must eat, if we don't we die - BUT why not eat low on the food chain.

There's so much publicity surrounding vegetarianism and the benefits a plant based diet has on the planet, our environment, our consciousness, health and hearts. If we are sincerely concerned about our planet and the legacy of our children and future generations we can be pro-active and do our little bit by switching to a plant based diet as a lifestyle choice or maybe choosing to go plant based at least one day a week.

- If every American decided to eat meat-free one day per week, it would be the same as taking 8 million cars off American roads.

- 1 person going vegetarian for 1 year reduces 3,267 pounds of CO2 emissions.

If you would like more in depth information, or would like to know what the ancient Vedic texts say in regards to this subject, contact Australian holistic yoga meditation for details.
