Yogameditation 4221 - Holistic yoga meditation - Love what is it and how can we access REAL love

Sometimes we may have a store house of wisdom and brilliant spiritual gems right in front of our noses, but fail to notice. The lack lustre spiritual condition we find ourselves in has a seemingly blinding effect, covering us the spirit spark in a shroud of forgetfulness as we wander somewhat aimlessly through this life.

What do we want, or what are we looking for? If you ask most adults, the majority will say LOVE.
But ... are we looking for it in all the wrong places.

In by gone ages or many countless years ago when different civilisations walked upon the earth if this same question was asked of them undoubtedly the answer would have likely been the same.

Basically all living beings want to give and receive love, regardless of the type of body they are in.

If you would like to find out more about real love and where love is best placed, contact australian holistic yoga meditation networks for class times and details. There is a vast amount of free information available for seekers of the truth. It is readily available but normally only accessed by the lucky few.

Book in for an introduction to meditation class or join in with the other yoga stretch and yoga rest and relaxation classes.

If you would like to look better, move better and feel better come along for a visit.

Yoga Meditation 4221 - Uplifting Words of Wisdom

Friendship

Most of us have many friends or acquaintances. BUT we could probably count on one hand the friends we consider to be CLOSE friends.

Some people we 'just connect' with. Some people we just 'get'. A little cosmic BUT true. Some people are very easy to be around where as others are more work but can over time become close friends also.
Basically quality, whether it be a good friendship, or anything you consider to be valuable in your life requires a certain amount of effort, work and commitment.

The kind of friend I would like to talk about a little more here is the type of friend who see's and relates to us as a beautiful, precious, valuable, fragile entity. A friend who wants the best for US the eternal being temporarily inhabiting a 'female body' or a 'male body' a 'cat' or 'tree' body. A friend who knows that we are capable of more, can do and experience more, have value and are worthy.

A true friend see's who I am, the spirit spark within. A true friend tries to lift us up and gives us the tools by which we can experience happiness and joy, far more than we are experiencing now. A true friend doesn't want money from us, but instead passes this valuable gift to whom ever will receive it. Free of charge.
