How to keep your Balance in Life - Australian Holistic Yoga Meditation

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving

We may not like to think about how short a lifetime is. Most in young bodies don't give it much thought, I never did when I was a youngster. BUT as the body gets older, we become more aware that the end is drawing near.

During our lifetime we experience alot of up hill, down dale moments. During our lifetime we have to deal with alot of trials and tribulations, depending on what our karmic allotment might be. Sometimes life appears to be 'good' and at other times, 'NOT so good.' It is not an easy task to remain in a state of 'balance'

If you were born with an inquisitive nature, (like myself) always annoying parents with 101 questions which they struggled to answer but couldn't. They would simply look at me in astonishment and ask with furrowed brow, 'why do you ask so many questions?'.

It doesn't matter what stage of life we are in when we start searching, questioning life and or, lifes purpose. The main thing is that we start. Sooner or later we will come acoss the answers. Perfect timing and perfectly arranged.

Yoga texts tell us that the precious human form of life is meant for inquiry, to ask questions like, 'why am I here, or what's life all about, what should my goal in life be'

Yoga wisdom is a science based process or application, after applying the process one experiences a tangible result. For us the result has been, being able to weather the storms of life, take the good with the bad, work through situations with understanding.

Ancient teachings and transcendental knowledge is available to all man kind. These teachings have been passed to us by authentic fully self realised yoga masters who want nothing from us, they simply ask us to investigate... with an open heart and mind, they ask us to examine and apply, experience for ourselves the tangible results.

Motivated out of love and compassion they give this information freely. Wanting only to point us in the right direction. This amazing information is like a shining beacon of light in the dark of night. This ancient information illuminates the darkness of illusion, helping the individual soul to see and understand clearly how to act and live in this world. All this via a very simple practice; the hearing and repeating of sacred sound, the names of the Supreme. Very easy, and very powerful. If you would like to try this meditation contact us.
